Teaching aims: Knowledge aims: 1.To learn new numbers: jeep motorbike bike taxi car bus coach 2.To learn new sentence“What can I do for you?I want to buy...”and “How much is it?It’s...yuan.”

3.To learn the new short dialogue. Ability aims: 1.

To use the new drills in the real scene. 2.

To develop the student’s abilities of communication and their innovation. 3.

To train student’s abilities of working in groups. Moral aims: To educate the students to love English. Main and difficult points: 1.

To learn new words 、sentences and dialogue. 2.

To use the drills to ask and answer the price freely. Teaching aids: CAI、word cards、objects、tape-recorder etc. Teaching steps: StepⅠ. Warm-up(课前热身) 1.

Greetings each other. 2.

Sing a song: Ten little Indian boys 3.

Game(火眼金睛）: CAI shows some pictures ,students find and spell the missing things. (设计意图：在熟悉的英文歌曲声中互相问候，学生自然地融入课堂热烈的氛围中，产生了学习的热情;游戏让学生快速找到消失的单词并拼写出来，有效复习了旧知，巧妙引出下文，一举多得。) Step Ⅱ.Presentation（呈现新知）

（一）1.Learn the new words: CAI shows a photo of Yang Ming. T:Yang Ming is our new friend.Today is his birthday. I think we should send a gift for him.Gusee what does he want?Talk about in groups. 1)

Pair work、group work to read these words: jeep: Pass toy jeep and read motorbike: Chain reading

bike,taxi,car,bus: Show word cards and read coach: Read in pairs 2)Read after a little teacher. 3) Say a chant: Jeep, jeep,j-e-e-p,jeep... (设计意图：通过给杨明送生日礼物汇报他喜欢的礼物学习新知，符合学生的认知水平和年龄特点，并通过接龙读、传物读和拍手说歌谣的操练形式，吸引了学生的注意力，也调动了他们的学习积极性。) （二）Learn sentences: T:Oh,so many toys.Let’s go to the toy shop to choose one,OK?(出示图片）

(设计意图：运用服务员和顾客的对话引出询问价格的句型，过渡自然，层层落实。由新知识掌握过渡到任务型的教学方法：学生接龙问答训练，可使学生对学习的新句型及时得到巩固与运用。) 6.CAI shows some pictures with price :How much is it? It’s...yuan. 7.CAI shows a chant: Can I help you? Yes,I want a... (设计意图：在教学过程中，教师结合本课新知创设一些层次渐进的锻炼机会：如融句型于歌谣、游戏中，这符合五年级孩子爱唱爱玩的年龄特点，同时也训练了学生听、说、读的基本能力，加深他们对新知识的理解，不断为提高交际能力搭桥铺路。) Step Ⅲ.Practice(巩固训练) 1.

Listen to the tape and read after it. 2.

Read in pairs、in groups and in roles. 3.

Try to recite the dialogue. (设计意图：让学生在听一听、读一读、说一说中逐步掌握新知同时积累相关知识，能用所学的语言进行有效的输出，达到小学英语教学的根本目的。) Step Ⅳ.Production(拓展提高) 1.

Act out new short dialogues. 3.

Assessment. (设计意图:结合实际情况进行整合，给学生布置更为生活化的交际任务，让小组学生在仿真的交流空间自主运用所学知识去处理生活中的问题，从而提升学生对英语学习的需求和热情。) Step Ⅴ.Homework(课后延伸) 1.
