Review the passive voice

The structure of the passive voice :be+past participle （P.P）

（1）The structure of the passive voice in the present tense:am/is/are(not)+p.p (2)

The structure of the passive voice in the past ：

was / were (not)+p.p (3)

The structure of the passive voice of a modal verb: Can/could/may/might/will/would/shall/should/must/need(not)+be+p.p (4)

The structure of the passive voice in the future: will (not) /be(not) to+be+p.p 2.

Ask students to fill in the blanks with the right forms of the verbs given. (1)

Money and keys ______(take) from coat pockets during the party. (2)

Dishes _____(serve) between 8:00 and 20:00. (3)

Discovering Ask students to find out the sentences in the present perfect passive voice from the reading passage and translate them into Chinese. (1)

Summing up

the structure of the present perfect passive voice is

“have/has+been+p.p”. It is a combination of the present perfect tense ( have/has+done) and the passive voice (be+p.p). Ask students to turn to page 87 and look at the chart of the present perfect passive voice. Write the structure of the present perfect passive voice on the blackboard: Affirmative form:
