1.教材分析

本单元的功能为用There be句型描述图片或场景。课文情境是Sam,Amy和Lingling在讨论男生骑自行车的照片，讨论照片上男生的数量越来越多。课文的重点句型是There be句型，运用There is/are…描述图片或场景上有什么，结合现在进行时描述数量的多少。

2.教学目标

1.知识目标

（1）学习单词及词组: there is, there are，have a look,fruit ,chicken,bear,pig。

（2）能够正确运用句型There is…和There are…描述图片与场景。

2.能力目标：

能运用There be句型描述所看到的图片或场景。

3.情感目标：

在创设语境下，增强学生学习英语的积极性，让学生乐于开口，培养学生乐于交流，并且懂得如何去观察和发现身边的事物,能用已学知识进行交流。

3.教学重难点

重点：学习There is/are…,have a look,fruit ,chicken,bear,pig。

难点：用There is…句型描述图片或场景，并谈论图片上正在发生的事情。
