学情分析：The Ss have learned the attributive clauses in Unit4 and U5. It is one of the most important grammars of Module 1, but they can’t use it in their writings to make their articles better, so in this lesson I will go through the point and tell the Ss how to make sentences with attributive clauses and to improve their writings, which are very important in the exams. 教学内容分析：During the teaching procedure, I will go through the relative pronouns and relative adverbs first, and then have the Ss make sentences according to some pictures and tips. In this step, some Ss will make mistakes, such as repeating the antecedent, making an uncompleted sentence. I’ll correct them and ask the Ss to pay more attention to them. And at the end of the class, I’ll get a summary to make the Ss avoid the same mistakes. After making sentences, the Ss will read a passage and try to improve it using attributive clauses. Then the Ss may get a clear idea about writing with attributive clauses, so I’ll ask them to write an article about our school using the attributive clauses. The steps are getting more and more difficult, from using the proper words, making sentences to writing articles. I think it is a good try for writing class.

Teaching procedure: First, have the Ss do a guessing game. 1. The transport that can fly is__________. 2. A place where you can know everything, but you don’t need to go anywhere is ____.

3. Persons whose age is between 13 and 19 are _________. 4. Those who can teach you lots of knowledge are _________.

Second, review the relative pronouns and relative adverbs, using the forms.

The attributive clause follows the antecedent, and the antecedent can’t be repeated in the clause. 2.

While making sentences, don’t forget the main clauses.
