Step 1 Warming up. 1.Let’s sing a song: Ten little Indian boys. T:I think your voices are really lovely. 2.Play a game: T:When you see the number, say it loudly;When you see a panda, say “lovely”. You know many numbers.

Step 2 Presentation and practice. 1.T:Can you count from one? Ss:One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine, ten, eleven…

(Teach: eleven.)…and twelve. (Teach: twelve.) T: Look, it’s a clock. Teach: clock. T:It can tell the time. Teach: time. 2.T: What time is it? （引导）S: It’s nine. Teach: o’clock（只表示整点）--It’s nine o’clock. T: What time is it? S: It’s seven o’clock. Teach: What time is it?(What time要连读) Read: What time is it? It’s seven o’clock. Teach: It’s time for breakfast. 3.a.T:It’s seven o’clock. But Liu Tao is still in bed. Teach: bed. T: What does Mum say? Listen. (Wake up, Taotao.) Teach: wake (cake) --wake up. Guess the meaning of “Wake up”. Read: Wake up. (动作) Let’s help Mum to call Liu Tao. Ss together: Wake up, Taotao. T:Liu Tao wakes up. He is very busy today. Let’s watch the cartoon.
