Step 1. Find and underline the sentences in the passage that use

V-ing forms as either the subject or the object then check the answers.

Step 2. Rewrite the following sentences using the V-ing form as the subject.

Suggest answers for Exercise 2 1.

Helping people in need is nice. 2.

Growing super hybrid rice is not easy. 3.

Learning more about farming is not difficult. 4.

Doing research in the countryside is not as easy as in the city. 5.
