教学内容

外语教学与研究出版社义务教育教科书英语（一年级起点）六年级下册Reading for Pleasure fantastic animals 二、

教学目标

1、

学生能掌握单词feather羽毛、normally通常、rabbit兔子、seahorse海马、turtle乌龟

2、

学生能运用一定的阅读方法及技巧读懂文章的意思，并解决文本的一些问题。

3、

通过pairwork、小组合作等手段，锻炼学生的英语思维能力及口语表达能力。

4、

通过解决读前、读中、读后的任务，使学生更深入的了解文章中的动物，调动学生的学习积极性，帮助学生拓展知识。

教学重难点

重点: 掌握重点单词、理清文章大意并解决关于文本的一些问题

难点：利用思维导图复述文章，并创编一篇关于自己最爱的动物的文章

热身与导入

There are lots of animals in the world. Some are big. Some are small. Some can fly. And some can swim. Some live in water. Some live on the land. They are really fantastic. So today let's talk about animals. Fantastic Animals(板书) （二）

阅读前（听并预测）

Q: What animals are in the story?(盲听一遍故事，并结合课文图片，找出故事中的动物，并认识动物名称seahorse, turtle, rabbit, bird,spider新授单词) （三）

阅读中（任务驱动，精读和范读相结合）
