Teaching Procedures：

Step One:

Greet the class .(sing a song) T: How are you today ? S: I am fine. And you ? T：I am fine too . Step Two: New words Show some pictures of the new words on the screen. Ask students

to try to read these words. park, taxi, car, by, home, bike, drive, ride

Maybe there is only one new word for students---subway, so the teacher only correct the pronunciation of these words. Step Three:

（1） The teacher read the words for student. And give them sometime to practice the words. （2） Play a game.(Bomb game) Step Four: Structures Show the sentence: How do you go to school ? and learn the phrease:by bus, by car, ride a bike, by car,

Show the pictures to students and read these phrases , ask students to repeat. Then show the pictures to them and ask them to say each phrase one by one. （2）Structures: Step Five: Pair work

Ask two students to read the dialogue in the speech bubbles to the class. Then ask students to work in pairs. Ask and answer how students get to school in the picture. Step Six: Exercises Show the pictures about places(zoo, park, library......) Homework:

Read and act the text. Ask your friends how they go to school/the park/the zoo/the cinema /the library ?
