1. Greetings

T: Hello, boys and girls.

S: Hello teacher. T: Before the class, let’s listen to music, Old MacDonald Had a Farm. OK?

S: OK! (设计意图营造活跃轻松的课前气氛，使学生带着积极的心态投入到学习中去，英文歌曲也为下面的学习做铺垫。)

T: All of you stand up, follow me please. 2. New concepts

Part1.What’s this

Step1 show the words T: The song is so nice. Do you want to visit Old MacDonald?

Now, let’s go to his farm.

（课件出示Old MacDonald图片和农场里的动物们。把写有farm的磁条粘在黑板上,读完后及时鼓励）Teacher spells it and students read many times. They read it one by one, line by line. Then lead to “on the farm在农场”学习并强调。

T: Look! Old McDonald is coming! Say hello to him.

S: Hello, MacDonald!

T: MacDonald has a farm, so he is a farmer. ( 贴上写有farmer的磁条。告诉学生farmer是由farm加后缀-er而来，同时归纳work-worker，teach-teacher.教师领读很多遍) T: Look! There are a lot of animals on the farm, what are they?

Step2. Ask and answer to learn the animals.

T: What’s this? (把磁条贴上) S: It’s a pig/cow/sheep. Use cards and ask the student to read these words. (大小声游戏，教师读两遍，学生读三遍，Simon says把学生分为AB两组,画赛区) T: Open your books, read after me. Part2 Practice in pairs and present the dialogues.

What’s this? It’s a _./A_.（注意首字母大写，教师利用单词卡，请两位同学，A面对教师和卡片，B背对卡片，教师任意抽卡片让A描述，A问What’s this?让B回答It’s a _./A_.。表演好的组有奖励）

3 .Do exercise

(设计意图：通过课件给学生创设去农场参观的情境，自然引入到本课的学习中；通过学生认读，师生对话，同桌互练，做游戏和完成练习题等活动方式，扎扎实实的进行动物单词的听、说、读、写训练，帮助学生巩固已学知识。)
