本单元虽然还是围绕时间而展开,但是因为话题是学生喜欢的体育运动,学习内容不仅不枯燥,反而很有趣。可以在本单元所给单词的基础上,再适当增加一些学生们感兴趣的体育项目。

教学目标:

知识目标

1. By using courseware and playing games, students can listen, read and say the new phrases: play ping-pong,play basketball,play games..

2.Through using courseware, making sentences, asking and answering practice, students can understand and use the patterns “It’s time to play ping-pong.” proficiently.

能力目标

Through listening, reading, role play and making dialogues, students can listen,read and act out the conversation.

情感目标

The students should learn to work with others. 教学重点:

Learn to use the patterns“It’s time to …”.

教学难点:

The difference between “It’s time to …” and “It’s time for …”.

教具准备:

courseware, pictures,cards

教学流程:

一、复习检测(breakfast,lunch,dinner)

二、新课传授

1、巧妙导入

T: Hello, boys and girls. Let’s

look at the clock. What should you do?

2、引出主题

Ask the students to answer the question to lead in the new pattern: “It’s time to …”

3、解决难点

T:It’s 10:30 am. It’s time to play ping-pong.

S:Yeah!

(Train the student to read the patterns correctly.)

4、听音感知

Ask the students to listen to the conversation and answer“What time is it?”.

5、默读初始

Ask the students to read the conversation silently and answer “What should they do?”.

6、朗读探知

Ask the students to read the conversation loudly .

7、听音跟读

Ask the students to listen and follow the recording they hear.

8、角色朗读

小组读、男女读、开火车读、领读、师生对读、角色读。

9、留白处理

留白读,去掉文中关键词让学生填空读。

10、短文示范

A: It’s 10:30 am.It’s time to play ping-pong.

B: Yeah! C: Let’s go!

11、学生仿写

Ask the students fill in the blank.

A:It’s _____am . It’s time to _______ _______

B: Yeah!

C: Let’s go !

12、课堂小结

Today we learn the text and the patterns “It’s ... It’s time to ...”.
