Charlie Chaplin

Charlie Chaplin was born on April 16,1889,in London.His parents were both poor hall performers,who influenced Charlie deeply. It was amazing that Charlie was trained to sing and dance when he was a little boy.Though the family were not rich, they lived a rather happy life.

Unfortunately,his father’s dead made the family even worse off

and the young Charlie had to look after the family.He was such a gifted and humorous actor that no one was bored watching his entertaining acting.Charlie took part in many films and even made films by himself.The most famous films he acted were The Gold Rush,Modern Times and The Circus.He modeled a charming

character,the little tramp,throughout the world.The little tramp was a social failure

but was loved for his positive and determined attitude to overcome all difficulties,who inspired many British and Americans at the hard time.Because of Charlie’s outstanding work,he was loved and remembered by many people all over the world and even given a special Oscar in 1972.
