本单元的中心话题是“计算机”。阅读内容以拟人的手法，第一人称自述了计算机的发展历程及其在当今社会中的广泛应用。读后“说”活动要求教材分析

Teaching content analysis 学生对事物具有正确的是非观，展开对电脑“利与弊”正反两方面的辩论。

本节课的内容是：1、鼓励学生用英语表达自己对电脑“利与弊”正反两方面的辩论；2、夯实本单元词汇，尽量多地串起来表达一定语境，并能在不同语篇中正确熟练运用；3、分析2014-2017年全国高考新课标卷中涉及本单元的词汇考点。例如：calculate; reality; simplify; personally; with the help of; application; electronic; deal with等。

学情分析

417班是第三层次的第二个文科班，学生词汇量不大，基础薄弱。所以我在教学中要突出强调词汇的记忆，注重引导学生掌握积累词汇的有效策略和技巧，来调动他们的积极性，使他们愿意学，在学习过程中享受到乐趣。
