step 1. warming up (热身活动) 

step 2. reviewing and leading in (复习并导入新课) Asking some students 同时复习已经学过的单词

T: Here are some pictures for you.look,what’s this? Ss: An apple.

T: good, so what’s this? (show another apple.) and ask the same question. Ss: An apple too. T: So,please look at two apples,and what’s the difference? (Show apples one by one ) Ss: this apple is big,this apple is small. T:Can you tell me,which apple is bigger or smaller? Ss: The red apple is bigger/smaller than the green one. T: Good

job here you are. Practices the words longer,shorter,fatter,thinner. step 3. learning(学习新课) T: Our friend Xiao Xi is so fat ,she want to buy some new coats. What will happen? let’s listen. Before we listen to this daiulogue.Ihave some question for you.(where is xiao xi? What is xiao xi doing ? what will xiao xi buy at last?) T: How clever you are. I’m get fatter and fatter now, I find there is no clothes I can wear.I’m so sad. I’ll buying a new coat. I need a

parter. Who want to try (Choose a student ) come with me. (Go find the store and show the students the picture of the store) T:What a big store!I want to buy a coat.What can I do?

Ss:Find a shopkeeper and ask.

T: I need find a shopkeeper. Who will play the role?(Choose one student act)I’ll buy a coat.what will the shopkeeper say frist? S: May I help you ? T: (we can also say What can I do for you ?)Yes,please!
