本课是人民教育出版社出版的《英语》四年级下册Unit3
Travel Plan
Lesson 2第二课时。全书共设6个学习单元,2个复习单元。本课主题贴近学生生活实际,和即将到来的暑假相呼应,激发学生学习本课的积极性。本节课的核心内容是能够听懂、会说描述旅游景点名称及相关活动的单词和短语,能够根据语境恰当使用它们,能够借助拼读规律认读、识记单词和短语。能够通过课堂交流,了解在风景名胜所能从事的相关活动。
学情分析
四年级学生思维发展开始从具体形象思维向抽象逻辑思维过渡,但是他们的抽象逻辑思维在很大程度上仍然是直接与感性经验相联系,仍有很大的不自觉性和具体形象性。在教学中,不能进行机械性的操练,而是把它溶化在有情景的对话中,力求使学生在操练句型时就学到现实生活中有交际价值的语言。遵循"由浅入深、由易到难、循序渐进、逐步扩展、点面结合、不断复现"的原则。
教学目标
1.语言知识目标:
a.词汇: sea , ski , eat seafood , visit the Mogao Caves , West Lake , row a boat , the Great Wall , take photos. b.句型: “Where do you want to go...?”

2.能力目标:a. 能够制定暑假出行计划。
b. 提高学生的学习技能和沟通技能。
3.情感目标:能够通过交流和阅读等活动开阔视野,了解更多的风景名胜,增强对生活的热爱。

一、教学重点
1.词汇: visit the Mogao Caves , West Lake , the Great Wall , take photos. 2.句型:“Where do you want to go...?”

能够自主表达出在风景名胜所从事的相关活动,制定计划。
教学基本策略及设计思路
在设计本节课时,我注重语言实践,关注培养学生的语言运用能力。本课采用任务型教学,从听说入手,设计任务,激发学生学习兴趣;所设计的活动面向全体学生,由易到难,通过给小青蛙当导游的活动设计,让学生在愉快的氛围中从不同程度得到提升,最终实现语用的目的。采用交际策略,学生在小组中参与活动,积极表达自己的想法并能积极的汇报。
资源的开发及说明
为使学生在本节课有更好的学习体验,我在本课开发和运用了丰富多样的课程资源。复习部分,我运用“多媒体教学课件”
播放去年暑假旅行的视频动画,带领学生们进入本节课的情境之中;新课呈现部分,我通过“Where do Andy and Lily want to go?”引出课题。配合实物教具的使用大大激发了学生的学习兴趣。操练部分,我选取A Frog in a Well的故事,进行知识点的操练,增强学生的学习兴趣。不仅强化了本课重点,还突破了难点。
