八．教学反思

1、课堂时间的分配和调控上还不是很满意，有些教学任务没能按预期完成，草草收场。今后一定要在课前作好充分准备，有效利用课堂每一分钟。

新教材对老师的要求高了，教师必须基本功扎实，教学技能娴熟，教法灵活多样，才能有好的堂调控能力，所以今后必须加强学习，加强自身素养。
