Teaching procedures

Step 1 Greeting & Warm up

1. Greeting T: Hello, boys and girls. S: Hello, Miss Wu. T:Are you happy? S: Yes. T:I’m happy too.Because it is spring now.We can see many beautiful flowers and butterflies.Look,a bird is flying here.He is very happy.Listen!He is singing. 2. Enjoy a song T: Do you like it? Let’s try to sing after it.

(播放儿歌两遍。) 【设计意图：通过儿歌活跃课堂气氛，为引出课文内容做铺垫。】

Step 2 Story time 1. Talk about where’s the bird by watching the cartoon. T: The bird flies away.Where’s the bird?(板书where) S:(watch the cartoon)

T:Now the bird is in the classroom.He flies here and there.Do you know how many places the bird flies to? S:（watch the cartoon again）

2.Try to circle. 3.Read the story and put the pictures in order. (PPT呈现排序) (板书under/behind/on/in）

T: Where is the bird? Now let’s read the story and number the pictures. S: (自读课文并排序) T: Where is the bird first? S1: It’s under the desk.

T: Then …
