一、教学内容分析

本节课选自人教版必修五Unit2 The United Kingdom, 通过从地理、历史、政治、文化等多角度说明了联合王国的形成、发展，以及它的风土人情和人文景观。使学生对英国有了一个比较详实的认识，拓展了知识面，有助于深入地理解和领悟英国语言和英国文化习俗，培养良好的世界观。

本节课的学习者为高二学生。有了高一一年的英语学习作基础，学生们已经很快地适应了高中英语教学的流程和每个课型的学习目标。对于本节课所出现的

Scotland之间是什么关系？”可能存在一些困惑.这也恰恰是本节课的主要目标。

因为本节课是阅读课，所以学生们只需要提前预习并掌握本单元词汇表的词汇即可！

本节课以对英国的一个小简介导入，通过小测试，看看学生对英国有多少了解，并调
