Lesson 18 一、教学目标:

100%的学生能够通过看图记单词、猜词分类、说唱歌谣等形式的活动听、说、读、写本单元出现的水果单词,能区分不同的水果英文单词并归类。

100%的学生能通过学习,理解小故事的含义,并能判断出Micky在故事中是否聪明。

100%的学生能通过阅读、表演故事掌握本单元的重点句型What's this/that? It's... 80%的学生能通过学习故事,创编新的故事。

100%的学生能在学习的过程和教师的提示下感受到Micky不认真观察的行为有错误,应改正。

二、学情分析:

四年级的孩子活泼好动,好奇心比较强,但是兴趣点较之三年级有了一定的提升,因此一些简单的缺乏挑战性和趣味性的活动,他们不喜欢。因此要创设能激发和调动他们兴趣的生动型课堂活动。此外本课为第三单元的最后一课,在前面的五课中,学生们已经掌握了单元的重点三四会词句,可以说具备了理解和阅读本课的基础。

三、重点、难点:

重点:1、指导学生理解小故事,能流利地阅读并能进行角色扮演。2、能回答教师在课前提出的:Is Micky smart?的问题,并能听说读写本单元的有关食品的四会词句。

难点:1、smart的发音和含义。

2、生动地表演并改变小故事。

四、教学过程:

【导入】创设情境,问题导入

1、Show the first picture of the story, and play the recording of Micky:" I'm Micky, I'm smart!" 2、Show three smart cartoon characters and let students observe their similarities. In this way to understand the meaning of "smart". 3、Make sentense: ...is smart. 4、Teacher asks a question: Is Micky smart? and lead in the story and the tasks. 【活动】任务驱动

Task1: Look and remember. (1)Show pictures of fruits and vegetables learnt in this unit, and let sudents memorize and speak out what they have seen in English. (2)Show the pictures again and check together. Task 2: Guess and classify. (1)Teacher draws a half of an eggplant and let student guess what is it. (2)Show some interesting pictures, and let students guess what is it.(watermelon) 【讲授】体验新知

1、Show a bat and teach students the pronunciation and how to spell the word. 2、Let students practice the new word bat in pairs.

3、Show a kind of bread which looks like a bat, and ask students to say the sentence. Highlight the uncountable nouns bread. 【练习】整合练习

Let's chant: 1、Teacher and the students chant together. 2、Chant with some rock music. 3、Work in groups and make up new chants. 【活动】灵活运用

Work in pairs and make up a simple dialogue with: Do you like...? Yes, I do./No, I don't. 【练习】课文呈现

1、Watch the video and answer the question: Is Micky smart? 2、Read after the tape. 3、Work in pairs and choose to read or act out the story. 【活动】能力提升

Work in pairs and use the giving patterns and vocabularies to make up a fun story. 【作业】作业

1、Tell your story to your friends. 2、Make a poster of fruits and vegetables.
