一、教学内容

译林英语三下Unit 6 What time is it?(story time) 第一课时

二、教学目标

1.能初步感知、体验单词wake up, mum, o’clock, breakfast, dinner, class, bed, OK, eleven, twelve.,并理解单词的意思;

2.能在情境中感知如何询问时间,能初步听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语:What time is it? It’s … o’clock. It’s time for … . 及 Hurry up.

3. 能正确地理解并朗读对话内容,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4 教育学生我们要做一个会合理利用时间的人。

三、教学重难点

重点:能正确地理解并朗读对话内容,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

难点:能在情境中感知如何询问时间,能初步听懂、会说、会读句型日常交际用语:What time is it? It’s … o’clock. It’s time for … . 及 Hurry up.

Step 1 Warm up

T: Good …, boys and girs.

Ss: Good …, Miss Tang.

T: First, let’s enjoy an English song ,OK?

Ss: OK.

PPT 演示《The number song》

1.Sing a song: 《The number song》

2.Try to say the numbers

T: What can you hear in this song?

S: Numbers.

T: What are they? Can you say them? (根据学生的回答把这些数字围成一圈形成一个钟的形状,但还缺少11和12)

S: One, two, … ten.

T: OK. Very good. Let’s say them together.

Ss: One, two, … ten.

Step 2 Preparing and Presentation

1、学习 eleven、twelve

T: (PPT在钟上出示11)Look, it’s a number, do you know it?

S1: It’s eleven.(学生通过预习,有的学生应该会说)

T:(PPT在11旁边出示eleven)Yes, it’s eleven. Please spell it follow her. S1: E-L-E-V-E-N,eleven.

Ss: E-L-E-V-E-N, eleven.

T: Good.

(同法学习twelve)

T:Look! What’s this? Can you guess?

(PPT:It can tell us(告诉我们) time.

It goes tick-tock tick-tock.

What is it?

Guess .

(PPT把刚才的数字变成一个钟,出示学习clock)

2、学习what time is it? It’s eight o’clock.

T: The clock can tell us time .Look, what time is it?

S: It’s eight .(PPT 呈现8点钟)

T: Yes, it’s eight o’clock.(跟老师学习o’clock)

T: Look at the clock. Can you ask me?

T: It’s one o’clock. It’s time for class. So , today our topic is---- What time

4、Practice in pairs: (PPT 演示几个时间)

T: Look. What time is it now?

S: It’s four o’clock.

T: Please practice like this.

教师板书:A: What time is it? B: It’s… o’lock.

Act it out.

Story time

Task 1 Listen and tick 初步感知课文

T: (PPT出示课文第一幅图)

Look, our friend is coming.Who’s he?

Ss: He’s Liu Tao.

T: What happens? Let’s listen and please tell me : What time do you hear? (学生听课文录音后,完成时间表上的打钩。PPT呈现)

T:What time do you hear?

S:回答,教师在PPT上完成操作。

T: Are you right?

Task 2.Listen and choose

T: Now,Let’s watch the cartoon. Please choose what does Liu Tao do at that time? (学生看动画)

(PPT呈现选择题)

1、Liu Tao has at seven o’clock.

A. lunch B. breakfast

2、Liu Tao has at eight o’clock.

A. class B. lunch

3、Liu Tao has at six o’clock.

A. class B. dinner

4、Liu Tao goes to at nine o’clock.

A. bed B. school

(在学生完成题目的过程中学习生词:breakfast, dinner, bed.每做完一个选项,就把相应的句子改成: It’s … o’clock. It’s time for…. 并让学生跟读。)

Task 3:Read and guess(初读课文,划出你不会读的单词。)

T: OK. Now, boys and girls, please read the text by yourselves, mark the new words you can't read.

两人一小组来演一演,看看你能得多少颗星星?

选择2到3组学生进行表演,并适时进行评价。

Step 4升华(此设计看教学实际情况,如果时间来不及就作为家庭作业,到下节课进行讨论)

(教师根据板书)T: This is Liu Tao’s timetable. Can you say something about your timetable?

(可准备一张纸,让学生试着写一写,说一说。此时,PPT转为实物投影,把学生的timetable 放到展台上)不一定要限定学生写课文一样的活动,老师可做model或给一些例词(games TV ……)

1.Listen to the tape and read the story.
