从语法到写作

Attributive Clauses in Writing 一、教学目标设计：

知识目标：①复习并熟练掌握定语从句关系词which, that, who, whose, when / on which, where/in which, why的用法和功能。②帮助学生把定语从句作为一种高级并有效的表达方法运用到写作当中。③充分利用学生感兴趣的电影资源，强化学生自主学习的意识，培养学生组织语言、运用语言的能力并能够自主介绍电影战狼II。

能力目标：①把两个简单句合并成一个复杂的定语从句，培养学生组织语言运用语言的能力。②介绍电影I Robot ,培养学生仿写能力和创造性思维能力。

情感目标：通过本节课的学习，培养学生自主性学习，享受任务完成的过程并提高人文和信息素养。

二、学情分析：

在前两个单元里,学生已经接触过了一些基本的定语从句结构,也了解了基本引导词which, that, who, whose, when/on which, where/in which, why的用法和功能，但仍然很难将语法转化为“学用结合”阶段。本次教学活动,通过学生感兴趣的多部电影,在各个环节创设情境及任务, 强调学生在学习过程中的主体性, 在任务驱动下，层层深入，利用任务驱动的方法，使学生利用资源自主探究、解决一系列层层深入的问题，能够运用已经学过的语言和本节课学习的新的语言项目完成任务。在教学中，教师作为问题的精心设计者和疑难问题的点拨者，培养学生组织语言的能力。

三、教材内容及重点、难点分析：

教学内容：本课教学内容是新课标中重点语法知识—定语从句(the attributive clause)。

定语从句向来是高中英语学习中的最基本也是最重要的语法点。在日常交际口语中,定语从句被经常使用，尤其对于初学者来说,它是理解和解释一些新概念或者复杂概念的有效工具。但是,学生们掌握定语从句的结构和功能却并不简单,尤其是从句中关系代词的选用及句型的构建，时常困扰着学生。除了枯燥的语法讲解，引导词运用的反复操练之外，怎么让学生自主自觉的把定语从句运用到写作中去，是这节课的主要教学内容。

教学重难点：通过创设情景的任务驱动语言活动,帮助学生巩固该语法知识,并锻炼以基本的定语从句结构进行表达.根据学生的实际情况和授课时间，即掌握that, which, who, whose, when/on which, where/in which, why引导的定语从句。帮助学生将已学习的知识(the attributive clause) 转化为技能,从而培养其对该语法知识点的综合运用能力。

设置情境，循序渐进，层层递进。设置富有情趣的情境，利用学生感兴趣的话题激发他们的创句欲望，积极主动地进行自主探究。循序渐进的设计问题，激发学生的创造思维，层层深入地引导学生进行自主和协作学习。

三、教学过程设计：

Step 1 Review and practice To combine two sentences into one, using attributive clauses. 1) You Are the Apple of My Eye is an excellent movie.

Three Idiots is an encouraging movie which/that teaches us to make efforts for our interest. 2) The Flowers of War reminds us of a tough/hard/difficult period. During the period Chinese suffered a lot. The Flowers of War reminds us of a tough period when/ during which Chinese suffered a lot. Love Me If You Dare reminds us of our childhood when/ in which we lead a happy and free life. 3) Avatar shows us a new planet.

On the planet we can enjoy different scenery. Avatar shows us a planet where/ on which we can enjoy different scenery. The Day after Tomorrow shows us a world where/ in which we face various disasters. 在这个环节中，用颇受欢迎的几部电影题材为引子，直接吸引学生的眼球，摆脱传统的枯燥讲解，分析查找合并成定语从句。教师首先给出第一句为例，再在小组内讨论，彼此相互启发，分析以that, which, who, whose, when/on which, where/in which, why引导的定语从句结构和引导词在从句中所起的作用，并逐步推进启发能够单独运用定语从句。

此环节中教师首先给出用that, which, who, whose, when/on which, where/in which, why引导的定语从句介绍电影I Robot,给出正确并优美的电影介绍，避免学生可能犯的低级错误，规划为有效正确的句型训练。让学生了解并掌握介绍一部电影由基本信息basic information、故事情节the story of the movie、最难忘的场景the most 2

unforgettable scene和推荐理由the reason why you recommend the movie组成。学生分组讨论并熟知基本结构。

这个环节是操练产出的过程。学生在前面首先对that, which, who, whose, when/on which, where/in which, why定语从句基本结构句型和掌握，然后又对介绍一部电影由基本信息basic information、故事情节the story of the movie、最难忘的场景the most unforgettable scene和推荐理由the reason why you recommend the movie组成已然熟知。那么模仿介绍电影战狼II Wolf Warriors 2便是水到渠成，哗哗而来。

四、教学反思

本堂课的设计是按照学生对知识的接受水平由浅入深，逐渐推进的。

导入环节新颖，能激发学生的学习兴趣。一堂好课应该是由教师引导，学生发挥主体作用的一个过程,教师在课前五分钟就要通过各种手段来最大限度的调动学生的积极性。本着这个原则,本人在设计时，一开始就通过多部电影作为教学的载体，打破了传统语法课堂中比较枯燥的引入。设置情境，循序渐进，层层递进。设置富有情趣的情境，利用学生感兴趣的话题激发他们的创句欲望，积极主动地进行自主探究。循序渐进的设计问题，激发学生的创造思维，层层深入地引导学生进行自主和协作学习。小组合作学习的倡导，使得学生将语法知识与实际运用联系起来,培养了学生语感,达成了教学设计的中的预期目标。这堂课上,学生的自主活动占了较大比例,效果也和预期的基本一致。由于最后一个教学环节将以全民动容的战狼II作为教学的载体,课堂气氛较为活跃,完全推向高潮达到预期目标，享受任务完成的过程并提高人文和信息素养。
