Teaching procedures Step 1 Lead-in Let the students enjoy a beautiful essay about a theme park. Make them pay attention to these red words and phrases.

A unique theme park As soon as we got close to the theme park, everyone came to life and put on sneakers in advance. Our translator paid for the admission, and we started enjoying the various attractions in the sunlight. This unique park is famous for its well preserved

culture and wood souvenirs. We experienced many deeds of the early settlers. Besides, we saw carpenters make wooden tools with a length of 20 meters. This theme park is really a fantasy amusement. No wonder it has become the brand of local tourism. Now let’s learn more about these five key words and phrases, various, preserve, advance, no wonder and come to life.
