PEP小学英语六年级上册第三单元第四课时教学设计
一.教学目标
(一).知识目标:学生能听,说,读,写单词:post card,magazine,dictionary,comic book,newspaper五个单词,并能在日常生活中使用;学生能听懂,会说句型What are you going to do? I’m going to…和When are you going to do? This afternoon…。
(二)能力目标:学生能够熟练运用What are you going to do? I’m going to…这一句型和听懂,会说以及基本运用When are you going to do? This afternoon…这个句型,进而在实际生活中能够谈论将要做的事情以及将要在什么时候做事情。
(三).情感目标:学生能够与他人交流和谈论将来的计划和打算,培养他们与人沟通的能力。
二.教学重点
学生掌握本课时的五个四会单词和两个句型的熟练运用,区分What和When的问答
三.教学难点
单词magazine 和dictionary的发音,熟练运用将来时并区分What和When的问答
四.教学准备
实物,录音机,磁带,PPT 五.教学步骤
Step 1、热身
(Warm-up) 1、Remember the title of unit 3. 2、用录音机播放let’s sing “What are you going to do?”
(设计意图:通过歌谣的引入,可以调动学生的学习兴趣、吸引学生的注意力,为本课时进入主题作好了准备。)
3、Ask and answer. Amy: What are you going to do this weekend?
Zhang Peng: I’m going to visit my grandparents, clean my room, watch TV…(仿照对话,运用句型“What are you going to do? I’m going to…”编对话)
4、Guess the words and phrases.(让学生猜老师在周末计划做什么,引导学生记忆A部分学习的动词词组和时间短语。
Step 2、导入(Lead -in) T:Boys and girls ,my schoolbag is too heavy ? Can you guess? What’s in your schoolbag? S: Yes S: ……
T: No
T : I give you some hints, something about study, you can read and you can gain knowledge from them. S:Books (出示各科书) T: OK. very good.. Anything else? Only books?So, where I am going to buy some books ? S: Bookstore T: Good. what kinds of books can I buy in a bookstore and what else can I buy? Ok ,please look at the ppt(设计意图:通过谈话法引入话题,比较自然而且有利于调动学生学习英语的兴趣)
Step 3、新课呈现及操练
(Presentation & Practice) 1.认识新单词
教师用实物、PPT呈现bookstore,并且呈现post card ,magazine, dictionary, comic book, newspaper五个单词的图片。
2. 操练单词
T: Look at the blackboard. Ok, read after me for three times. S: post card …
T:OK. very good .now let’s play a game.
S: Ok. 3、记忆单词magazine 和dictionary. (设计意图:通过让学生反复操练,可以让学生巩固新学的单词,为下面的句型的学习做好准备)
4.游戏:让学生看句子回答问题
Which magazine do you know ? Which comic book do you like?
Where can you see YaoMing ? (设计意图:结合学生的阅读实际,有效地激发学生的学习兴趣)
5、出示A部分的语句,学生操练句子,区分what和when. T: the teacher read the word post card and say I am going to buy a post card in the bookstore. If you are in the bookstore, what are you going to do? S:I am going to buy…in the bookstore (教师可以适当引导学生去正确回答整个句子)
T:I am going to buy an English book this afternoon. when are you going?(教师通过反问学生的方式把when are you going? 句型引导出来,学生可以感知I am going to buy…this afternoon 是用以回答when are you going?)
T:OK. Now ,please practice with your partner, one ask when are you going?and the other answer. I am going to buy an English book…
Step 4 Consolidation Make a plan for what you’re going to do and make the most use of time.That can make your lives better!
Step 5 Homework Write a schedule for yourself.
(设计意图:课内外衔接,课后的活动计划是课堂的延伸,课堂上学生完成听说读环节的操练,课后通过引导学生进行书写作业,能有效地巩固所学的新知识) 板书设计:
