Reading 介绍了拥有最多吉尼斯纪录的传奇人物Ashirita.Furman:他的成就，成长经历以及获得这些成就的精神动力。

Comprehending 设计了4项练习，通过粗读，细读，讨论等方式完成。

Learning about language 由词汇和语法组成：1. 复习词汇的构成法等；2. 复习主语的用法。

Using language 综合训练听说读写的能力Listening and speaking为一段主持人采访2个中学生的谈话录音；Reading and writing要求学生写一个破过记录的运动员的简介

To show Ss pictures about some famous athletes to let them know something in common about these people--the key of success. Some words may be used in this activity ：
