通过本课的学习，让学生知道怎样有礼貌地向他人描述自己的需求，做个有礼貌的好孩子。

教学设计

1 Greeting and Warming Up S:Stand Up. Good afternoon teacher. T:Good afternoon boys and girls. Sit down please. Review the knowledge of numbers by the game time. 3

Presentation and Consolidation (1)

T shows the picture of having dinner and ask “What are they doing?”

Then teacher shows the pictures of” table food eat drink “ one by one and express the writing and pronunciation. Read the words together three times first then boys three times and girls three times. Play the game Chinese-English Translation to consolidate the new words. (2)T shows the picture of table and desk. Then ask what are the differences? Distinguish the words table and desk. Finish the exercise “look and match to consolidate and distinguish the new words. (3)T shows the picture of hungry and ask what happened? T shows the sentence “I’m hungry. I want to eat.”

T shows the picture of thirsty and ask what happened? T shows the sentence “I’m thirsty. I want to drink.”

Read the sentences three times with actions. T does the actions and students read out the correct sentences to consolidate the new sentences. (4)T shows the third picture and express the word “juice” and sentences ”let ‘s eat”

”Mmm…This juice is good.”

Read the sentences together and then boys and then girls. （5）Let’s Sing T shows the words of song first. Then T sings two times. Ask students to sing together. Then ask volunteers to sing for others.

五 Practice (1)

Show time Two students as a group. One do the action and the other describe it. Use the new sentences I'm hungry. I want to eat. I'm thirsty. I want to drink. Two minutes to prepare. Ask volunteers to show for others. (2)
