Module 4 Unit1 Do you want some rice?

一、教材分析

外研版英语四年级上册第四模块第一单元,本模块的主题是Food. 主要语言功能是要求学生通过学习谈论有关食物的话题。本单元主要学习Do you want some rice? Yes, please./ No, thank you.以及what is he doing? He is making noodles. 题材非常生活化,是学生感兴趣的话题之一,使学生能学以致用。

二、教学目标

1.知识目标:

掌握句型Do yo u want some……? Yes,please./No,thank you .What is he doing? He is making noodles.

2.技能目标:

能用Do you want some……? 询问别人。

用Yes,please./No,thank you. 对别人的询问做出回答。以及了解中西方的文化差异。

3.情感目标:

通过各种形式多样的活动,以及在restruarant的真实环境下,教授新知识,激发学生的学习兴趣。

三、教学重点、难点

重点:听懂并说出Do yo u want some …?并能用

Yes,please./No,thank you.做出回答。

难点:灵活运用Do you want some …?

Step1:warn—up

1、Let's begin our class.please stand up.good morning,class.(师生问好)

2、Let's chant.

【设计目的:以反复唱为课前的热身活动,既活跃了课堂气氛,调动了学生的学习积极性,又为新课的导入作好了铺垫。】

Step2: review

1、Can you read these words?I say it in Chinese,you say it in

English.One-Two-Three-Four,Let's go.(师生有节奏地四拍读单词)

2、开火车。Train,Train,Where are you going ?Train,Train,I'm here.

1、导入1:Today we are going to study Module 4 Unit1 Do you want some rice?导入2:We are going to have a picnic on Saturday.为了更好地了解大家喜欢吃什么,I'm making a survey.

2、引出主题句型。

A.出示实物。

1.Do you want an apple/an orange/a banana/a pear?

2.Do you want a potato/some potatoes/a tomato/some tomatoes?

B、播放如何回答。

C、主题句型领读并做手势。

Do you want some rice?

Yes, please./ No, thank you.

Step4: Practise 2

1、Now please open your English books and turn to page 20. Practise 2

2、出示听录音一听二听的要求。(自学提纲)

a、一听录音了解主要人物、主要事件。Daming and Amy 谈论中式快餐。同学们知道Amy是英国人,英国的饮食习惯与我们中国是不同的。

b、带着问题二听录音。

(1)Daming:Do you want some rice?

Amy:( ).

A.Yes,please. B.No,thank you.

(2)Daming:Do you want some noodles?

Amy:( ).

A.Yes,please. B.No,thank you.

(3)What is he doing ?(手势)

He's making noodles.

【设计目的:通过自学提纲的设计,让学生学会自主学习。】3、集中交流自学提纲的问题,并播放ppt.

4、教师领读。Please read after me.First read it yourself,then read it in your groups.

5、Who can try?小组展示。

6、分角色朗读。Now Who will be Daming,Who will be Amy.(奖励) Step5: Let's piay a game.(猜水果)

A.Pear-It's yellow.And It's big.Do you want a pear?
