As we all know, an advantage of taking exercise is that we can keep healthy and energetic. Besides, it can make us relaxed. Nothing is more important than health. So, no matter how busy we are, we must spare time to take exercise.

At last, try to adjust the state of mind, and take an active part in school activities. Only when you are in good mood and health can you study efficiently.
