一、Teaching Aims: 复习词汇: 学生通过阅读趣味故事，复习巩固本单元所学习的语

二、Teaching important points: 能在教师的帮助下阅读故事并理解大意。

三、Teaching difficulty points: 能独自理解大意并能完成教师设置的问题。

四、Teaching Aids: PPT和point reading。

五、Teaching Procedures: Step One: Guide Before class, I’ll ask a question. What’s this? It’s a magazine. Look at this picture.What’s this? It’s a magazine about food. Do you like delicious food? Show a hamburger, tell students there were no hamburgers in my time.Leading to title.《Unit Four Then and now》. Step two: Do you like reading magazines? Today Zoom and Zip are reading a magazine.Let’s look what is the magazine about? Step three: Follow me to read story time. Zip: Oh,cavemen didn’t their meat?

Zoom: It’s OK.They didn’t do the dishes either! Zip: Look! How beautiful the world was! Oh! What will the birds do? Zoom: Don’t worry. People will help them. Zip: Heal the world! Zoom: Make it a better place! Step Four:通过三个问题检查同学们是否掌握了本节课的内容。
