Firstly, warm up as usual. I ask the students to talk freely and review some phrases in shopping. The student on duty does some report to us. Second, I lead the students to practice the sentence ‘Do you want some…’

I tell them to make conversations with food names they knew. Then I ask some of them to act as a litter teacher to organize this game. Another game----dragon game I distribute some word cards for food to each group. Students hand the cards one by one and do ask-answer game. When the game is over, we elect out ‘who is polite? Who is rude?’

I ask students to listen to the tape and retell what they hear. Then they read after the tape. I explain the difference between some and more. It’s not easy to understand. Practice part A in groups and act it out in roles. 这一堂课教学的重点是谈论食物。在本节课的教学设计中,我结合教材和学生的特点,依据新英语课程标准的精神,从激发学生的学习兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯,开展形式多样的教学活动,让学生在较真实的语境中亲身体验、大胆实践、积极参与、合作交流，帮助学生在任务性的教学途径下发展综合语言运用的能力，使语言学习的过程让学生形成积极的情感态度，主动思维和大胆实践，提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。具体体现在以下几个方面:

1．把课堂交给了学生，关注学生的发展

首先我以表演形式的猜单词游戏作为课前的热身活动，既复习了第三、四模块的现在进行时，活跃了课堂气氛，又调动了学生的学习积极性，并为新课的导入作好了铺垫。在本课中,我注重开发学生的智力,想象力和实际运用语言的能力,猜一猜，表演就餐对话等多种活动,全面训练学生的综合素质.通过不同层次的教学活动,充分体现学生个性发展和教学要求的开放性,教学效果良好.操练单词及句型的形式有两人、小组和全班性的,由教师示范,师生对话,生生对话.每次活动,都有明确的目标与要求,并提供一定的语境创设，给学生自由发挥的空间。

2．温故知新，融会贯通

语言的学习是一个循环的过程，学生只有通过不断使用语言才能将其牢牢掌握。在教学设计中，我注重温故知新，新旧结合，用学生以前学过的句型引出食物的单词，再通过食物卡片进行自由会话导入新课，使新旧知识很自然的溶入一体，培养学生在学中用，在用中学的能力。最后，在操练和应用比较成熟的基础上,又引导学生利用所学句型进行提问对话，目的在于培养学生综合运用语言的能力和语言交际能力。

3. 运用多媒体游戏教学，激发学生主动参与的欲望

运用多媒体课件，吸引了学生的注意力，激发了学生的学习动机，启迪了学生的思维，同时也避免了老师机械、重复的讲解。让学生把新授单词在快乐的游戏和比赛中消化了，为学生

创设了一种轻松、活泼、和谐、有趣的学习氛围。

当然，本节课的教学仍存在很多有待改进和完善之处：复习环节的表演猜单词的游戏，可以先把正在进行时的短语复习一下，这样游戏的呈现效果应该会更好的；对游戏的规则说明表述的不够简洁明了，下次应注意在适当的时候用中文解说游戏规则，这样可以更有效率的进行教学活动；英语课堂教学是一个循序渐进的过程，不能急于求成，如何有效提高课堂效率，保证英语教学质量。
