教学目标

1.能听懂、会说、会认读单词kid, catch和词组Of course. 能听懂、会说、会认读句子What are the kids playing? They’re playing catch.

2.学生能运用句子What are they/you doing? They’re/We’re ... 来介绍别人正在做的活动。

3.培养学生自主学习英语的能力以及交流和合作学习的能力,学会关心他人。

教学重难点

教学重点:

1.能听懂、会说、会认读单词kid, catch和词组Of course.

2.能听懂、会说、会认读以下句子:

What are they doing? They’re playing catch.

The girls are running. The boys are catching them.

教学难点:用英语表达自己或他人正在做的事情。

教学准备:PPT,单词卡,四线三格的磁铁

教学过程

Step 1.Warming-up

1.Greeting.T: Hello, boys and girls.I’m Ms ...

Ss:Hello,Ms ...

2.Listen and chant.

T:Very good! Now please stand up. Let’s chant, OK?

教师和学生一起唱响学生Moudle5Unit2活动四的英语童谣。边唱边做动作,唱完后,教师记得表扬学生:Wonderful! 把全班分成两组Now today your are group 1 and you are group 2. Let’s PK, OK?

Step2 Presentation

1.T:“Do you like playing games?”

“What’s your favourite game?”

引导学生回答:“Hide-and-seek.”“Skip.”“Clapping game.”等。(教师给回答问题的同学加分。)

教师可以把游戏的名称写在黑板上,并用升降调读两遍。

2.教师出示一张图片,T: Look, boys and girls are playing outside.

然后对捉迷藏的孩子提问:T:What are the kids playing?

Ss: They’re playing hide-and-seek.(抽一名同学回答,教师加分。)

对跳绳的孩子提问:T:What are the kids playing?

Ss: They’re skipping.(抽一名同学回答,教师加分。)

对拍手的孩子提问:T:What are the kids playing?

Ss: They’re playing clapping game.(抽一名同学回答,教师加分。)

T:Well, today we’ll learn M5U2 What are the kids playing?教师板书课题,学生书空。然后教师出示kid单词卡,升降调领读kid,看图片引导学生one kid, two kids, four kids...Good job! Now let’s play a game.Paper,Scissors,Stone.(加手势:剪刀石头布)

First,I need your help.Who can help me?

教师先找一名同学帮忙,向全班演示,然后每组抽出一名同学PK。(比赛的两名同学和其他同学大声说新单词kid。教师观战并加分) T:OK,this line ,please read it one by one,clear?

接着教师拿着单词卡抽一竖排同学开火车认读新单词kid。

T:Well,Let’s go on.对追人游戏孩子提问:T:What are the kids playing?

Ss: They’re running.教师出示句子:They’re playing catch.然后教师出示catch单词卡,升降调领读catch.

T:Good job! Now let’s play Paper,Scissors,Stone.

教师从每组抽出一名同学PK。(比赛的两名同学和其他同学大声说新单词catch。教师观战并加分。)

T:OK,this line ,please read it one by one,clear?

接着教师拿着单词卡抽一横排同学开火车认读新单词catch。教师板书,学生书空。

3.T:Now listen, point and say.

教师再播放一遍动画,教师在每句话后停顿,让学生模仿跟读,必要时可以用夸张的口型或者放慢语速给学生做示范。注意纠正学生的语音、语调。对学生在跟读过程中出现的各种错误给予及时的帮助和指导。

4.T:Look, kids are playing in the playground. Let’s watch

together, and then answer the question: What are the kids playing?教师告诉学生们,操场上有学生在做游戏,让我们来看看他们究竟在做什么游戏。(听完后抽一名同学回答,教师加分。) 5.T:Well,please open your book and turn to page29. Let’s listen together.Clear?

教师播放录音,让学生边听边看书,同时思考问题一:

T:What are the girls doing? (听完后抽一名同学回答,教师加分。教师板书,学生书空。)

教师播放录音,让学生边听边看书,同时思考问题:

T:What are the boys doing? (听完后抽一名同学回答,教师加分。教师板书,学生书空。)

教师播放录音,让学生边听边看书,同时思考问题三:

T:Can I play with them? (听完后抽一名同学回答,教师加分。教师板书,学生书空。)然后指着Of course,升降调领读Of course. 大小声读,随机抽学生读。

Step3 Practice

1.T:Let’s guess:What are the kids playing?教师出示遮着一部分的拍手的图片,抽一名学生回答,教师给答对的同学加分。接着是捉迷藏的图片,跳绳的图片,追人的游戏的图片。

2.Work in pairs. Report at the playground.

T:Look at the picture, talk about What are the kids playing? With your partners. I’ll give you three minutes.

教师出示一张学校操场的图片,并给出一个事例:The boys are playing football. 三分钟后抽两组展示,学生评价。教师加分。Step4 Summary

T:I love you,children! I hope you are well.所以请时刻记住Take care of yourselves.(出示小学生体育运动安全口诀,学生齐读) 教师和学生一起总结本单元新学的语言项目。

Step5 Homework

T: Now your homework.回家后,向家长表演Chant。还可以当爸爸妈妈的小老师,把今天学的教给他们哦!Class is over. Bye!
