Step 1 Warming up

1、Greetings

T: Good morning, everyone

Ss:Good morning, Miss Yang

T: How are you?

Ss:I’m fine.

2、Let's chant.

Step 2 Presentation

1.Teach“light rain”.

T: Look at the picture,What's the weather?

Ss:小雨。

T: OK, yes,小雨。How to say it in English? Listen to the tape and tell me.

T: Very good.“light rain”,please read after me.

要求学生跟读十遍,然后举手读。

T:How to spell it?Please write it on your paper.

2.Teach“heavy rain”

T:Look at the picture ,what'the weather?listen, and tell me .

a.Read after the teacher.

b.Boys read five times.

c.Girls read five times.

d.Ask some one to be a litter teacher.

3.Teach“sunny and warm”

T:(展示图片)Look at my mouth,guess。(轻声读,让学生猜) T(指明学生回答):Who can tell me ?

a. Read after the teacher.

b.Read group by group.

c.High voice,low voice.

d.Ask some one to read.

4.Using the same way to teach“strong wind”,“sunny and cool”,“light snow”.

5. Play a game.

幸运转盘。把所学单词放于转盘中,点击转动转盘,指针指到那个单词读那个单词。

6、教授句型“It will be…”;“There will be…”

出示天气预报图,让学生在图上找出昆明的未来24小时的天气。

T:看看图片中昆明是什么天气。

Ss:sunny and warm

T:Yes.We can say“It will be sunny and warm in Kunming”或者可以说“It will be sunny and warm tomorrow”。(板书句子)

采用跟读,最清晰读,最大声读,最快速读,指明读等方式操练这两个句子。

Step 3 Practice

小组为单位,互相交流。看天气预报图让学生自己用“It will be……”句型说出其他地方的天气情况。

Step 4 Consolidations

创设情境,做个小小天气预报员。利用图表边出示北京、西

安、长沙、海口等地方,边出示表示这些地方未来天气情况的短语。让学生利用图表做天气预测。
