Lesson 9 How Many?教学设计

任县任城镇西街小学赵红一、教学目标:

1.知识目标:能正确地听、说、读、写数字单词one---ten

能灵活使用句型How many___are there?以及回答方式There are___

2..能力目标:学生能用How many___are there? 句型交流。

3.情感目标:促使学生积极运用所学知识进行表达与交流。

二、教学重、难点:

能够运用How many _____ are there? 来正确询问动物的数量。

三、教具:点读机,单词卡片,课件。

四、教学过程:

(一)、Lead in(导入)

1. Greetings.

T: Hello boys and girls.

Ss: Hello Miss Zhao.

T: Nice to meet you.

Ss: Nice to meet you, too.

T: Ok, let’s begin our class. First, let’s listen to a song.

2.Sing a song :“ Ten little numbers”.

T: Ok, le’s count numbers: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. (设计意图:通过一首欢快的英文儿歌,既把学生带入了英语的课堂,也复习了学过的数字,为本课的学习做好了铺垫。)

(二)、Review (复习并呈现新知)

1. Show the PPT about some animals.

T: What’s this ? S1: It’s a .

T: What are they? S2:

T:How many? S3:

依次来复习词组five fish, two birds, three pandas.(特别注意名词复数的发音;

并且提示学生fish 的复数还是fish)。

(设计意图:通过课件展示,复习之前学过的表示数字的单词和动物的单词,两种单词结合起来复习,既复习了旧知识,也为新句型的学习做了铺垫。)

(三)、New concepts.

1.Show the PPT (呈现书上的图片)

T: How many monkeys are there?

One two three four five six seven eight nine ten. There are ten monkeys.

(在此告诉学生询问数量除了之前学的How many? 还有今天学的句型How many monkeys are there? )

2.幻灯片呈现新句型:

How many____ are there?(有多少….?)

There are…(有…)

3.师生练习提问

T: How many ducks are there? S1: There are eight ducks.

T: How many fish are there? S2: There are five fish.

T: How many bids are there? S3: There are two birds.

T: How many pandas are there? S4: There are three pandas.

4.同学二人之间对话练习

5.拓展练习:教室里都有什么呢?

How many books are there? There are…

How many pencils are there? There are…

How many girls are there? There are…

(五)、Class closing: Chant:“The Zoo Is Fun”

1、听录音: 让学生不看歌词听录音。让学生认真听并尽力找出他们已知的英语单词。(设计意图:练习学生的听力,巩固学过的单词。)

2、看书: 让学生看着图画和歌词。用How many… are there?回答歌谣的相关信息。(设计意图:学生进一步熟悉歌谣的内容。)
