【教学目标】

1、知识目标:

(1)通过读前活动,运用本单元的一般过去式句型完成讨论并预测故事的进一步发展,在阅读中进一步学习吴一凡的日记,完成相应的排序、回答问题等任务,并听、说、读、写目标词汇:bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及laughed。在谈论自己又糟糕又快乐的一天的场景中感知重点句型的语义及语用情景:It was a bad day but also a good day.

( 2 ) 学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下,理解图片及对话,并运用一般过去式及储备词汇输出有效信息,并养成按照意群朗读和阅读的习惯。

2、技能目标:

(1)学生能根据所学词汇和句型,讲述吴一凡的一天,讨论自己又糟糕又快乐的一天。

(2)能够在语境中理解生词bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及laughed。

3、情感目标:

激发学生的自强与自我保护意识,凡事都有好坏两面,在我们的努力下坏事也能转化为好事。

Step 1:Warming up

T:This is my diary book. I writed many things in this book. Some of them are good

some of them are bad.So let’s play a game. If you think it's a good thing, please smile your face and say good good good . And if you think it's a bad thing please cry your face and say bad bad bad.

S: OK!

T:If all the good things and the bad things happend in one day, maybe we can call it a bad but also good day!

Step2 Presentation

1)Discuss with your partner.

T: Wu Yifan had a dog. Its name was Max, too. Here are two questions for you. Q1: How did Wu Yifan meet Max?

Q2: What will happen next?

Tips: 1. Look at the pictures carefully.

2. Discuss with your partner.

3. You can use these words: couldn't, find, saw, lost, took....

Wu Yifan: What’s your name? How about Max?

2)Let’s answer.

T: How did Wu Yifan meet Max?

Ss: Wu Yifan couldn't find his cap. Then he saw a dog.

T: What will happen next? Let’s look at the pictures and guess.

Today was a sunny day. In the morning, we rode a bike for three people.Max sat in a basket on the front of the bike. That was fun. We took pictures of the beautiful countryside. We bought some gifts and ate some delicious food.

In the afternoon, Mum ate some bad fruit and didn't feel well. So we stayed in the hotel. Dad and I wanted to make her happy. We dressed up and made a funny play. Robin played the part of a dog.He was so cute.Max liked him so much. He jumped on him and licked him. Of course, Robin didn't like it.We laughed and laughed.

It was a bad day but also a good day!

4)Read and number.
