1.教学重点 学生能够描述自然和自己喜爱的季节活动，在生活中灵活运用并进行表达。 2.

教学难点

学生通过本课的学习能描述四季的天气、景色及乐趣。

教学准备 多媒体、树叶和电风扇图片

教学过程

Step 1 : Warming—up

1、Greetings : T: How are you today? T: How do you feel? S: I feel warm.

T: Yes. Because it’s spring now. We can see some new leaves on the trees.Yes? And after spring, what season is it? (Summer) OK! Summer is coming!(板书课题）

Step 2 : Presentation

1.T:Today, let’s make a big tree together. How many seasons are there in a year?

S: There are four seasons in a year. 2.

Guessing game. Look at the pictures and try to guess what season is it.(板书四个季节) T: How’s the weather in winter/spring/summer/autumn? S: It’s cold and snowy/ warm and rainy/hot and sunny/cool and windy.(板书四个季节的天气) （设计意图：这个小游戏既能引起学生的兴趣，又能对之前学过的知识进行复习和考查，并为之后的教学做好铺垫。）

Let’s chant. (Winter, winter, I love winter. Cold and snowy, cold and snowy. Spring, spring, I love spring. Warm and rainy, warm and rainy. Summer, summer, I love summer. Hot and sunny, hot and sunny.

Autumn, autumn, I love autumn. Cool and windy, cool and windy.)

（设计意图：这首由教师自编的Chant，韵感强、节奏轻快、受到孩子的喜爱，让学生很好地熟练巩固，为后面的整体知识输出做好铺垫。）

T: Good! Here is a gift for you(出示一片树叶). Do you know what’s this? S: It’s a leaf. T: Yes, it’s a leaf. And what are these?(出示很多树叶图片) They are leaves. There are many leaves on the trees. But In different seasons, the weather is different. And the trees are different, too. (出示四季树木变化的图片) What happens to trees in different seasons?

（设计意图：一首简单的chant之后，以树叶作为礼物，适时穿插了单复数的教学，同时把课堂自然而然的过渡到四季树木的变化，为后面的整体知识输出做好铺垫。）

(出示冬天树木的图片) Now, look at the picture. This is a tree in winter. What can you see in the picture? Can you see any leaves? (No.) Yes. In winter, many trees don’t have any trees. (播放课文录音，学生跟读) (出示春天树木的图片) T: What season is it?(Spring) Why? What can you see? S: Because I can see many small leaves.

T: Yes. In spring, trees have many new leaves. (播放课文录音，学生跟读) (出示夏天树木的图片) T: This is a tree in summer. Look at the tree. What happens to the tree in summer?

S: The leaves are big now. T: Yes, they grow up in summer. And trees have green leaves.(播放课文录音，学生跟读)

(出示秋天树木的图片) T: This is a tree in autumn. What can you see in the picture? S: I can see some orange and red leaves. T: OK. The trees’ colour changed. And look at here.(指着图片里掉在地上的树叶) Some leaves fell down from the tree. So, in autumn, trees lose their leaves.(播放课文录音，学生跟读，重点出示lose的含义并领读。）

（设计意图: 教师让同学们对四季的树木进行细致观察并说出不同的特点，树立了同学们认真观察周边环境的意识，并培养了同学们的语言运用能力。听音模仿让同学们听纯正的英语，有利于学生口语水平的进步。）

Try to introduce the four seasons.

OK. We made a big tree. Let’s introduce the seasons with the mind map on the blackboard. First, let the students introduce the seasons in their groups. The volunteer show the introduction.

（设计意图: 教师让同学们对照思维导图介绍四个季节，使同学们思路更清晰，能很好地巩固之前所学知识。）

7 .Talk about the summer fun. (1)T: Now, the weather is hotter and hotter. Summer is coming. Do you like summer? S1: I don’t like summer. Because it’s hot in summer. T: I also don’t like the hot weather. But we have the fan. It can make us cool. (出示 fan 图片并板书，重点指导an的发音。教师领读，学生机械操练。) S2: I like summer. Because I can swim/eat ice cream...?

T: Yes, we can do many things in summer. What do you like to do in summer? S: I like to wear my dress/eat watermelons...

Talk about the season fun. Show some pictures about the season fun. (最后出示赏花的图片) Many flowers bloom in spring. We can look at flowers. (指着图片里的人)This is me. I like to look at flowers in spring. So my favourite season is spring. How about you? （设计意图: 教师引导学生说自己的夏日乐趣并出示四季乐趣的图片，给同学们提供更多的语言素材与想象空间，同时让同学们能自由表达自己喜爱的四季活动。）

Step 3 : Practice

1、Do a survey:

T ask some Ss : "What`s your favourite season ? Why ?" Then Ss ask each other in pairs，and complete the following

about their results.
