Unit 2 Can I help you? Lesson9 一·教学分析

内容分析:

本单元主要讲解有关购物的相关语言知识,在以前的英语课堂中我们已经学习过关于购物的相关知识,本节课继续拓展学习如何用英语购物,学习询问商品的价钱。能够在真实的情境中会说:What can I do for you? I want to buy a motorbike. How much is it ? It’s fifty yuan.本节通过设置Yang Ming 和妈妈去商场买玩具摩托车,他们在商场里选购谈到玩具的款式,价钱等。

学情分析:

五年级学生的英语有一定的基础,学习积极性比较高,学习兴趣比较浓厚,课上大胆发言,能够积极参与教师的教学活动。本节课将motorbike作为教学重点,需要注意发音的指导。通过情境创设,使学生通过本课学习能够掌握并学会运用句型“What can I do for you? I want to buy ... How much is it? It’s ... yuan.”学生还要初步学会运用“It looks ...”这一句型评价商品的款式。

二.教学目标

本节课中能够听,说,读,写单词:motorbike,简单的运用以下句型:What can I do for you? I want to buy a

motorbike. How much is it ? It’s fifty yuan. 2.

通过多媒体、教材、图片等途径,学生们能积极地捕捉各种资源提供的信息,增强知识的运用能力和语言的实践能力。

3.

能够通过课堂活动,丰富学生的生活体验,了解购物习惯,引导学生学会与人交往,培养学生礼貌待人,热情交流的意识。

三.教学重难点

1.

教学重点:能够听,说,认读单词:motorbike, choose 能够掌握并学会运用句型What can I do for you? I want to buy ... How much is it? It’s ... yuan. 2.

理解“choose”一词,并学会在真实语境中使用。学会用“It looks ....”进行对商品的评价。

四.教学过程

Step 1. Warming-up and Revision. (1)

Show students a short movie. 《 How much is that doggy in the window?》

Ask the students: You see the boy in the movie likes shopping, but he doesn’t have enough money to buy the dog in the window. What a pity! Do you like shopping? What do you want to buy? (3)

Make a summary: I also like shopping.My nephew’s

birthday is coming. I want to buy some birthday gifts for him. What do I want to buy? Can you guess? Purpose: The purpose of this is to form a better English learning atmosphere. Step 2. Lead-in. With the help of PPT, ask students to review the study of transportation before they learnt. Purpose: The purpose of this is to provide situations for the next step. Step 3. Presentation. (1)The students guess for transportation.The teacher ask the students: How do I go to shopping? Guess? Purpose: The purpose of this is to stimulate students’ divergent and imagination. (2)By guessing the transportation .Read the new word together. (3)Show the Children’s clothes shop,and express ideas in the want to buy. Do the dialogue with students:Can I have a dress/ sweater/ T-shirt...? OK. Choose one you

like. Practice in pairs: Let’ do a chain game.Students in groups for the unit,the use of teachers in advance to prepare clothes cards to practice the dialogue. Purpose: The purpose of this is to let the teacher activities of the demonstration,and the students to imitate. (1)Teacher show the picture of the toy shop,to express the idea of want to buy toys. And learn the sentences“What can I do for you? I want to buy ...”

Let’s do a dialogue together.S1: What can I do for you? S2: I want to buy ... Purpose: The purpose of this is to let students experience the shopping patterns. (2)Show me your shopping scene,let the students guess the price of the toy. Let the students act the saleswoman or salesman. S1: What can I do for you? S2: I want to buy ... .How much is it? S3: It’s ...yuan. Let’s check the price together, it’s...yuan.

Purpose: The purpose of this is to exercise books section key knowledge. Step 4 Practice (1)

Students listening, answer questions,and read the text content. (2)

According to the situation and prompt, content around creating creating new dialogue. Purpose: The purpose of this is to make sure students can use English in real life. Step 5. Conclusion. In this part, I will conclude the key word and sentence pattern. The purpose of this is to make sure students can remember the words and sentences. Step 6. Homework. (1)According to the content of this lesson to write a shopping experience in your life. (2)Preview lesson 10. Purpose: The purpose of this is to strengthen what they have

learned and stimulate students interest of learning English 五、教学反思

本节课中以简单的英语进行交流,渲染了英语气氛,头脑风暴的形式,激发学生的好奇心和学习新知的欲望,并引出交通方式“motorbike”的学习。小组合作学生操练对话,培养学生的口语表达能力。本课讲授过程中也有不足部分,各个环节的衔接需要更加自然、流畅。在练习“It look „”评价商品时的语言输出形式,应该更加自然,教师在课堂教学中需求稳。另外,教师在课堂教学中更应该注意以学生为主体,以学生的学为主。
