In order to enrich our school life, the Students’ Union has decided to organize a music festival from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. on Friday, Nov. 20. The place for the activities is in the school playground. The activities include singing pop songs and playing classical and folk music. All students in Senior Two are to watch the performance. Be sure to be present on time and bring your chair. Rules: 书面通知的格式：

1 ）标题：在正文上面正中的地方写上 NOTICE . 2 ）正文：包括具体的时间、地点、活动内容和注意事项。（what/why/when/where/who）

3 ）发布单位：发通知的单位一般写在正文的右下角。

4 ）发布时间：一般写在左下角/右上角。（有时省略）

书面通知语言比较规范且简明易懂，切忌使用模糊语言和俚语、俗语。通知中时态常用一般将来时且被动语态使用较多。
