Good morning, boys and girls. Today we’re going to read a passage. Before that, I’d like to share a video with you.

How do you feel about that? Use some adjectives to express your feeling. I think it’s amazing/fantastic/crazy, right? This robot is man-made. Actually, robot is a kind of computers. We humans are very creative. We create all kinds of computers. Some of them can do far more than dance. Do you know the AlphaGo, who beat the top go player? Does it mean artificial intelligence is more powerful than humans? How does a computer develop? Let’s find the answer in this passage. OK, please turn to page 17. Computers have great power. They make our lives more colorful and more convenient. However, as students, I don’t think it’s wise to just use computers for fun, spend too much time in playing computer games or chatting online. I strongly suggest that we use computers for study, such as using Quizzi for studying English, searching some scientific knowledge, and learn more computer skills. 尚use his computer skills to help teachers solve problems.
