Seasons of the Year 1.

知识目标：

A、学生能够认识，理解并运用单词：season，spring，summer，autumn，winter，China。

B、学生能够认识，理解并运用句子：

Summer is from... to... Winter is from...to... 2、能力目标：学生通过学习，能用英语简单介绍自己的所在城市的季节。

3.情感目标：加强对自己的祖国的自豪感，培养学生的跨文化意识，培养合作能力和交际能力。

教学重点： from。。。to。。。

教学难点：对于be different from的理解和应用。

以及怎样用文字描绘所在城市季节。

2.学情分析: 本课是冀教版英语课本四年级下册

《Lesson 7 China》主要学习季节类单词,学生在之前已经接触过，并且也学习过本课会涉及到的月份和感觉类单词，所以本课我主要采取任务型教学方式，激发其学习的积极性。

5.教学过程 5.1 第一学时 5.1.1教学活动 活动1【Warm-up】

Step1：Greeting T: Good morning, boys and girls. Today we will have a lot of fun in English class. Are you ready? Step2: play a flash game to review. Step3: free talk 1.How are you? 2.what day is it today? 3.What is the date? 4.How do you feel today? 【设计意图:既练习到本课学到的内容，又通过游戏发孩子学习的兴趣】

活动2【导入】lead-in Step1:：listen to a “Season Song”

T：What’s season is it now ? Ss: Spring. T: Yes, it is spring. Day gets warmer and warmer. Let’s listen to a season song. 活动3【新授】：Presentation：

1.There are 4 seasons in a year， and what are they? Ss: Spring , Summer ,Autumn, Winter并通过卡片教学来教授和练习四季的读音。

2.How do you feel in Spring？

Ss: I feel warm in spring. I feel hot in summer. I feel cool in autumn. I feel cold in winter. 3.When is spring？

Ss：March，April，May T：Yes. Spring is from March to May. T: What do you like to do in spring? I like to fly kites in winter. 【设计意图:教师以思维导图引导学生讨论并学习四季。学生通过选择和粘贴月份单词卡片来认识和讨论四季的感受，月份和喜欢做的事。】

4：listen to the radio and repeat after it 5：Season Chant 【设计意图:以chant 形式活跃课堂，动静结合。】

6：Floating Glass：漂流瓶

T：Some days ago， I went to sea of Huanghua port. And look! What is it? Yes. It’s a floating glass. And There is a letter in it. Let’s check it. And fill in the blanks after reading it.

Then, I’ve got another floating glass. Now it’s your turn to work together to finish this challenge yourselves. Work in groups to read this letter and find out the important information. After 5 minutes, your team has to report it. Let’s know about Australia. 活动4【练习】Practice
