S: Yes/ no. T: Someone say yes and some one say no. I will tell you a story, and then you will know. T: At first, Let’s look at the picture and answer my questions. Are they happy or sad? S1: They are sad. T:, why? S1: Because they are hungry. S2: They have no food. S3: They are poor. T: Yes, they are very poor,and they have no food. let’s come into our story. (show the film on the screen) T: Now you watched the film,Please answer my questions: 1.What does the little boy have? Ss: Magic stone T:2.What is a magic stone? S1:It can make soup.

Step4:Practice 1.T: Now let’s look at the story again. Let’s help the old woman and old man to make soup. (Together do the exercise and retell the story.) 2.Let’s act the story out.(devide the students into eight groups, they practice the story and act it out) Step5:Concusion T: Ok the story is over, look at the blackboard if without the stone can you make soup?(Put the hand on the stone) Ss: yes.
