Step 1 Warm-up 1、Greetings. 2、Let’s sing a song.

Design aim:Shorten the distance between teachers and students and create an English atmosphere. Step 2 Review T:What will you do for the summer holiday? The teacher shows some pictures .Then the students says the sentences according to the pictures. For example: I will go swimming/read a book /play football /go on a trip for the summer holiday. Step 3 Presentation

1、learn the word:visit

T:What will Li Ming do for the summer holiday? The teacher shows a picture .

”He will visit his cousin,aunt and uncle.”

The teacher teaches the students to learn the word of “visit”.

2、Listen to the tape. T:What else will Li Ming do for the summer holiday? Let’s listen to the tape. 3、Talk about the questions in groups. （1）When will Li Ming fly home? （2）What will he say to his parents? （3）What will he do with his friends? （4）How will he feel to see China again? 4、Let the students answer the questions after the discussion. 5、Read after the tape. Step 4
