一、教材分析

本课选自外研社(三年级起点)第三册Module 4

Food

,主要语言功能是要求学生通过学习谈论有关食物的话题,学习句型“Do you want some rice/noodles…? Yes, please. /No, thank you.

本课题材非常生活化,是学生感兴趣的话题之一,尽量让学生能学以致用。

二、学情分析

本单元的重点是运用句型“Do you want some...?”来询问他人对食物的需要,并能用“Yes, please.”或“No, thank you.”就他人的提问进行回答;这是一般现在时语句的运用。学生对讨论食物这一话题会比较感兴趣,而对于“Do you...?”这一句型已经接触过。如:在三年级下册M4U1中就已经学过运用语句“Do you like...?”询问他人是否喜欢某种事物,并能就他人的提问进行回答。本单元对于问句中只是进行了实义动词替换,因此学生对问句的学习会相对容易,而学生在学习答句“Yes, please.”和“No, thank you.”时会与之前学过的“Yes, I do.”和“No, I don’t.”相混淆。另外本单元还出现了两个形近词”tomato”和”potato”,学生在学习和记忆这两个词时会有困难。

三、教学目标

1. 语言知识与技能目标

(1)复习单词fish,milk,noodles,rice, meat, chocolate, banana, apple, pear, orange等并学习新单词fast food, difficult, chopsticks. want,some, nice,make.

(2)通过学习句子“Do you want some…?”以及回答“Yes, please.”/No, thank you. 能就食物的选择拓展到其他东西的选择,并能简要回答.

(3)通过学习本课的句子、单词,将学生的学习活动和生活实际相联系,培养学生学习英语的兴趣. 2.运用能力目标

能用“Do you want some…?”询问别人,用“Yes, please./No, thank you .”对别人的询问作出简要回答。

3.情感态度与价值观

(1)培养学生有兴趣听、说英语,用英语做游戏。

(2)乐于模仿、敢于开口交流。

(3)了解英语国家中的饮食习惯与中国饮食的差异。

(4)在积极参与活动、和他人合作完成任务的过程中获得学习乐趣和成就感。

三、教学重点、难点

重难点:掌握“Do you want some…? ”并能用Yes, please. /No, thank you .作出回答,认识经常食用的食物的名称。

四、教具准备

实物(米饭、面条、牛奶、香蕉、苹果、梨、桔子)单词卡片, 食物小图、单词卡、面条、米饭等
