Unit 2 At the zoo

一、教学目标

1、知识与能力目标：能听懂、会说、会认读几个形容词tall，

fat， thin， short，能够在图片、实物或情景的帮助下运用句型：Look at… It’s…；听懂含有形容词的几个指令，并按指令做动作

2、过程与方法：创设情境，学生通过对比理解单词和句型，并在情景中运用句型进行描述。通过TPR全身运动反应法增强对单词的记忆，在游戏中操练单词和句型。

3、情感目标：通过本节课的学习，让学生能够热爱动物，具有保护动物的意识；进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣，享受学习过程带来的乐趣。

二、教学重难点

重点：

能听、说、认读几个形容词tall ，fat， thin ，short及句子：Look at that… It’s…；能够听懂Let’s do中的指令并做出正确的反应。

难点: 能掌握单词thin 的正确读音，能够在Look at… It’s…句式中灵活运用本课所学的形容词。

三、教学设计理念

《英语新课程标准》义务教育阶段的总体目标是通过英语学习，使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力，促进心智发展，提高综合人文素养。倡导在教师的指导下，通过体验、实践、参与、探究和合作等

方式，发现语言规律，逐步掌握语言知识和技能，实现任务的目标。新课标要求小学英语以情景教学为主，以听说认读为主要目标，提倡通过听听、说说、做做、玩玩、演演、唱唱等方式来学习英语，鼓励学生积极参与，创设轻松、活跃的教学氛围，使学生“动”起来、课堂“活”起来，把教材上无声的书面语言活化为有声的交际话语，激发他们的学习动机，变“要我学”为“我要学。”

四、教学过程与评析：

（1）Greeting Hello,Boys and girls. How are you? I’m very happy to see you. Today we will learn a new lesson. Are you ready?

At first, Let’s say a chant. Please say loudly. OK Follow me. zoo zoo 真热闹，

monkey monkey 满山跳，

tiger tiger 大声叫，

wolf 见人眼发红，狮子整天睡大觉。

elephant elephant 鼻子长

bear bear 憨又壮

panda panda 是熊猫，

黑白相间真漂亮

snake snake 是条蛇，

只要见了就会躲。

T:You did a good job.We know they are animals.Do you like animals? S:Yes,I like them very much. T:Oh,I like them,too.So I want to go to the zoo.Do you want to go with me? S:Yes,I want to---(同学们积极回答）。

T:But,you must finish these tasks.I will divide you into three teams.Let’s PK.Which team is the winner?You will go to the zoo with me. Okay,Listen carefully!If you answer one question,you will get a star. Are you ready?Come on! Let’s look the first task. （2）The first task: Look a picture,Who are they?They are Li Ming Jenny and Danny.What do they do?Let’s look and read follow it.Then role play. Take out your English book.Open to the page 30,Read the part one by yourself,Then role play with your partner(让两组同学表演）。

（3）The second task: Let’s watch TV,Then answer my questions. Look carefully!(看完视频）
