1. Teaching content 本节课是科普版小学英语五年级上册Lesson3的Read 部分,本篇阅读讲述的是Eve和 Dongdong讨论她的新朋友。,Dongdong一步步猜出Eve的新朋友是电脑。通过本文的学习,让学生学习如何关心自己身边事物,主要是如何形容朋友或别人的外貌特征并进行问答。
2. Teaching aims (1)语言知识目标
A.单词:tall,ears,mouth,hands,write,emails.的意思,能正确发音;
B.能理解和运用有关身体部位的语言表达。
(2)语言技能目标
A.能听懂老师课堂活动中提出的问题并做出回答;
B.能正确地、有感情地朗读所学故事并运用于实践。
(3)学习策略目标
A.能借助图片获取信息;
B.TPR C.积极参与小组合作学习,敢于自己提出问题。

A.激发学生学习英语的兴趣,帮助树立学好英语的信心增强学生参与意识;
B.学生有意识地积极与他人合作,并在成功中体会英语学习中的乐趣。

5.Teaching procedure Step1.Warm up and Lead-in T: Good morning, boys and girls. welcome to our English class Every one stand up,let’s play a game, I say you touch your body
So quick, Sit down, please.
Before our class , I want to know “Do you have a friend?(口语问答)
T: Please Look at this picture , What can you see? (出示图片,角色背景导入) S1: Eve and Dong dong are talking about something Look, Eve is very happy, Why is she so happy? She also has a new friend ,who is her friend? today let’s learn lesson3Who is her friend?(板书read)
(由旧知识带入新知识,并锻炼学生口语交际能力,介绍故事背景为文章的理解做好铺垫很重要) Step2.Practice T: Today let’s talk about Eve’sfriend, what does her friend look like? Is he tall? please read the passage as quickly as you can and find the answer (第一遍快速读课文回答问题) S: No, he is short, he has no legs. T: Oh, he has no legs ,that means he doesn’t have legs, It’s so strange, do you want to know more about him? does he have ears and eyes/a mouth/hands?.with these questions let’s read the passage again ,this time please read as carefully as you can and circle the key words. (第二遍带着问题细读课文并圈出重点单词) 1.Does he have ears and eyes? 2.Does he have a mouth? 3.Does he have hands? T:“He doesn’t have …,but he can….”
Now,look at the blackboard ,I ask and you answer.Is he tall?Does he have ears and eyes?/a mouth?/hands? This time ,boys ask,girls answer. (生带着问题去读文本,教师借助生的回答引导学生认识到Eve 的朋友是一台电脑,老师复述,师生问答,生生问答.) Step3 Producation 1.Can you retell the story? Who can? (复述课文大意)
2. Let’s listen to the tape and read after it.
3.Read again,and pay attention to your pronunciation and intonation.阅读指导
4.Talk about your friend , I'll give you an example,Lily please stand up,Let's guess who is her friend?“Hello Lily,Do you have a friend?Is your friend a boy or a girl? Is she tall? Does she have big eyes ?/long hair?/Does she like English?”Oh ,Isee ,your friend is Lisa. Just like this, work in groups.(讨论身边人的朋友的特征,并猜测,老师做好示范,学生分组讨论时给予帮助,最后分组展示)
Step 4 Homework Give you another challenge: write about your friend,next class, Let's read and guess who they are!(听说读到写,并给予作业示范,下节课上,让学生读自己写的并让大家猜他的朋友是谁。)
