A student of African wildlife 教学内容分析

本部分以《非洲野生动物研究者》为题，描写了简与她的同事在非洲原始森林观察黑猩猩的一个片段，并阐述她从事这项工作的重要性以及她所取得的成绩。尽管她们在野外考察工作又脏又累，但他们觉得这样做是值得的。

“热身”（Warming Up）部分是一个小视频及一些图片，激起学生的学习兴趣，让学生知道我们将学习什么及他们属于哪里。

“读前”（Pre-reading）部分是思考几个问题，这些问题与文章紧密相关。学生通过谈论这些问题，为更好的理解这篇文章打好铺垫。

“阅读”（Reading）阅读部分有三项练习，分别从不同层面引导学生进行阅读。前面两项是归纳段落大意，填表格，选择题及判断对错题来检查学生对阅读篇章的理解程度。第三项练习要求学生在深刻理解课文内容的基础上，对课文中的简的品质归纳，

“小结”（Summing Up）部分让学生归纳、梳理本课所学内容，包括有关简的金句。

Teaching aims: 知识目标

让学生通过阅读，理解Jane Goodall 观察黑猩猩的方法，以及在黑猩猩研究和保护方面取得的成就

进一步训练学生跳读(skinning),细读（close reading）归纳总结（summarizing)等阅读技巧，把握篇章中心内容，获取关键信息，并且针对阅读表达自己的观点。

引导学生认识Jane Goodall 不畏艰险的精神。
