一、内容分析

本课是五年级下册第六单元第1课。本单元主要学习表示体育活动的单词，以及如何表达某人正在干什么的语句，自主归纳现在进行时句型的结构和使用规律，掌握动词现在分词的构成规律。要求学生听懂、会说表示体育活动的单词的同时，能够理解、会说问句：What are they doing？及其答句They’re …。本课除学习短语play basketball,

play volleyball,

watch the games外，进一步学习句子：They’re playing…

使学生在理解、体验的基础上达到自然交流与真实运用的目的。为此，我在设计教学时本着围绕教材、不拘泥于教材的原则，利用直观教具，设计听力练习表，让学生在真实的语言环境中学习新知、运用新知、发展新知，提高学生的综合运用语言的能力，以实现课堂的高效。

二、教学目标

1．知识目标：学习体育活动短语

3．情感目标：

（2）能够积极地运用英语进行表达和交流，体会学习英语的乐趣。

三、教学重点和难点

1．教学重点：词汇和交际句型的学习。

2．教学难点：在情境中运用所学句型进行交际，促进语言交际能力的提高。

四、学情分析

五年级学生年龄在11-12岁之间，多数学生对英语保持着浓厚的兴趣。他们已经有了一定的英语学习能力，能提前做好预习。他们爱读英语，爱思考，课上踊跃举手发言。他们爱玩、爱唱、爱游戏、爱表现且模仿力较强，乐于体验参与教师所设计的教学活动。

1．学生准备：提前看书预习。

2．教师准备：PPT，篮球、足球、排球各一个，听力练习表，一些表示人物和动作短语的图片。
