Step 2 Presentation 1.T:Look at the screen, can you tell me what they are? Ss: OK. basketball, football, ping-pong ball. T: You are clever. Do you like playing football? Ss: Yes/No. T: Do you know who are they? Ss:... T: They are goalkeeper. Today we will learn a story about goalkeeper.

2.T:Let’s enjoy the flash and talk about what happened.

Ss: Watch the flash and have a discuss.

Step 3 Practice 1.T:Let’s read the story with these questions and try to find the answers. T: Look at the first picture,what are they doing? Ss: They want to be a goalkeeper. T: How tall is Mr.Deer? Ss: He is 1.8 meters.

T: How heavy is he? Ss: He is 86 kilograms. T: How tall is Mr.Zebra? Ss: He is 1.9 meters. T: Can he catch the ball? Ss: No,he can not. T: Who is the tallest one? Ss: Mr.Giraffe. T: Who will be the goalkeeper at last? Ss: Mr.Hippo.

2.T:Let’s play a game.

Step 4 Consolidation 1.Play the role of the story. 2.Let’s have a discussion: Can you be a goalkeeper?
