Step1: Warm-up and lead-in 1.

Show pictures of the animals in PPT.

今天，我们要用“fat，thin，tall，short”这样的形容词去描述人或动物物的形态特征。Now let’s have a look at the task。

Show task: （1）能用“fat，thin，tall，short，small，big”描述人或动物的形态特征。

（2）复习巩固“This man is tall. That man is short. This monkey is small and thin. That monkey is big and fat.”。

Step 3: Text learning 1.

Listen and think: What are Daming and Sam talking about? 2.

Show pictures.(播放小丑和猴子的图片)

This man is tall.（讲解单词man）

That man is short.（板书课题：That man is short.）

This monkey is small and thin.（讲解单词small，thin）

That monkey is big and fat.（领读big）
