1、复习巩固Section A 部分所学的生词和词组。

2、学会运用所学的知识来陈述自己的看法；学会谈论自己的喜好。

3、掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语这一语法知识；掌握后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

Warming-up and revision 复习上节课重点词组：访谈节目talk show，肥皂剧 soap opera等。

Learn 2d 1.have a discussion about …

进行一次关于……的讨论；讨论……（的事情，内容） 2. hope, wish, expect 辨析：

hope : 表示经过努力可以实现的愿望。 wish :多指难于实现或不可能实现的愿望。 expect :通常指有很大程度的把握，但仍含有预料之意，或预计某事或某行动的发生。 相同之处：（1）hope和wish作动词用时，意思是“希望”，后面都可以跟动词不定式做宾语，hope to do sth. /wish to do sth.表示“希望做某事”。 espect to do sth.期待做某事。 eg:①我们都希望看那部电影。

We hope/wish to see that film. ②我们都很期待去北京旅行。 We all espect to travel to Beijing. （2）都能与介词for连用，后接名词或不定代词，hope for sth.或wish for sth.表示“希望得到某物、祈求某物”。 eg: 你希望和平吗？

Do you hope/wish for peace? 不同之处：（1）wish能接双宾语，wish sb. sth.，表示“祝愿某人...”。 eg: 我祝你好运。

I wish you good luck. （2）wish后可跟宾语（sb.）再加动词不定式（to do），wish sb. to do sth.表示“希望某人做某事”。 espect sb. to do sth. 期待某人做某事。

eg: ①我希望你留下来陪我。

I wish you to stay with me. ②

我期待你很快回来。 I espect you to come back soon. 3.(1) plan to do sth. 计划做某事。 eg:我计划今晚要去看电影。 I plan to go to the movie tonight. (2) plan n. 计划 make a plan(for)… （为……）制定计划

4. find out 查明；弄清

辨析 find / find out （1）find 指偶然或意外地发现，着重指找到的结果。 （2）find out 强调经过一番过程，经了解和查询而搞清楚，弄明白某一情况。

5、What do you think of ...?= How do you like…? “你认为……怎么样?”

谈论对某事物的喜好程度, 可选择的回答有： I like it./I don't mind it./I don't like it./I can't stand it./I like it very much./I love it./It's beautiful./They're fantastic. Step 3
