2. Enable Ss to talk about future plans.. Teaching key points: 1. key words & phrases: weekdays(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday),

weekends ( Saturday, Sunday), yesterday, the day before yesterday, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, have a piano lesson, look after his sister, study for a test have the flu, get lots of sleep, Good luck! See you then!

Teaching steps: Step1. Preparation a)

Have the duty reporter make a duty reporter, reporting the day of the week, the date of the month. Write them on the Bb. b)

Check Ss’ homework before starting the lesson.

Talk about weekend activities. Ask : What do you do on Monday/ Tuesday/...? Collect Ss’ answers and write them on the Bb. E.g. play soccer, go to the doctor, study for a test, have a piano lesson, look after my sister,... d)
