Step1:Greeting

T:Hello,boys and girs.how are you?

S:I’m fine,thank you………

Step2:Warming-up Sing a song (how are you) Step3:lead-in PPT出示上节课学过的动物图片，在达到复习单词的同时，也更直观形象的展示出了它们形态特征的不同，从而导出本节课将要学习的内容。

Step4:Presentation (1)

PPT出示几组动物及水果图片，分别呈现单词tall,short,fat,thin,big,small (2)

学生认读单词，教师领读，开火车读，男女生读。由此让学生更积极主动的学习新单词，同时让每名学生会认读tall,short,fat,thin,big,small. (3)

课件出示反义词组tall-short、fat-thin、big-small (4)

游戏：唱反调，分小组比赛

T:If I say ‘tall’you say‘short’

I will divide you into four groups,let’s have a look,which group is the winner (5)

课件出示男人图片

T:Who’s he? 引导出

man 同时出示一高一矮男人的图片

T:Who can find their different？让学生回答他们身高不同

由此导出句型This man is tall./That man is short. (6)

课件出示两只猴子，让学生发现不同

由此导出句子This monkey is big and fat./That monkey is small and thin. (7)课件出示动物及人物对比图片，进行句子操练

教师给学生时间，以小组的形式讨论自己身边的人或者事物的形态特征。以达到本节课的教学目标。让学生会表达单词tall,short,fat,thin,big,small,man.以及句型This …is…/That…is…

Step7:Summary Let’s chant Big,big,big,the lion is big. Small,small,small,the cat is small. Fat,fat,fat,the panda is fat. Thin,thin,thin,the monkey is thin. Tall,tall,tall,the elephant is tall. Short,short,short,the tiger is short.
