教学过程：

Step 1. Warming-up

Greet each other as usual. Step 2. Lead-in

Ask the student who is on duty to say something to the class. Step 3. Presentation 1.

Pre-task: ( 1) show the days of the week in a large monthly calendar. ( 2) point out the days of the week at the top of the calendar and ask one student to read the words aloud. ( 3) ask one student to point out today’s date, tomorrow’s date, the day after tomorrow’s date …

( 4) complete 1a and check the answers. 2.

While-task: ( 1) pay attention to the example in the box and ask two students to read them to others. ( 2)make new conversations in class and role-play them in class. ( 3) listen to the tape and find the answers.

If they have any problem, play the tape again. ( 4) check the answers. 3.

Post-task:

make new conversations in pairs and role-play them in class. Step 4. Summary

Review what they learn in class. Step 5. Homework 1.
